Refund Policy – Beecomart.com:

Thank you for choosing Beecomart.com for your purchase. We value your satisfaction as our customer. In the event that you need to refund or return a product, please follow the procedure outlined below:

Return Eligibility:

You have 5 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

1.       It should be in the same condition as when you received it.

2.       It must be unworn or unused.

3.       The item should have all original tags and packaging.

4.       You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


Initiate the Return:

To start a return, please send an email to support@beecomart.com with the following information:

Photos or videos clearly showing the damaged item, to prove the damage. If photos are insufficient, please provide a video.

Once we receive your email, we will review your refund request. If it meets our refund policy criteria, we will send you an email with a link to confirm your refund or return request.


Beecomart will process refunds, resends, or accept returns in the following cases:

1.        Orders Delayed:

If your order is lacking tracking information, in transit, pending, or has expired 60 days after leaving our warehouse, we will take the necessary steps to issue a refund or resend the order.

2.       Orders not Received:

We will not process refunds or resends if the tracking information shows that the order has been delivered. However, we may consider the following situations:

a.       If you did not receive the package, you must obtain a non-delivery certification from the local post office with an official seal.

b.       If the tracking information shows an “Alert” status, which could indicate reasons such as an incorrect or insufficient address, no such number, unknown recipient, refusal to accept, failure to pick up in time, lack of safe delivery location, uncleared customs, or other issues.

Please note that if the package remains unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for storage. It is the customer’s responsibility to pick up the package within 3-7 days. Beecomart holds no responsibility if products are lost during the return process.

3.        Products Damaged:

If the packages you receive are severely damaged, we offer a full refund or a replacement. In the case of partial damage (excluding minor issues such as thread, slight wrinkles, or small scratches), we offer a partial refund or replacement.

Please note that for fragile products, we highly recommend requesting a refund. Additionally, if the packing boxes are damaged due to long-distance international delivery, we cannot offer any refunds or after-sale services.

4.        Incorrect or Missing Products:

For incorrect products shipped or missing parts that do not affect the product’s functionality, we will handle them as follows:

Incorrect products: We offer a full refund or replacement.

Missing parts: We may refund partially or resend the missing part.

For accessories, we will resend them to you.

For size-related issues, we kindly request that you measure the product accurately using the correct measurement method and provide us with a photo of the measurement. Our dispute team will promptly address your concerns.

5.       Order Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your order before the products are processed by our warehouses, we offer a full refund.

The following situations are not eligible for refund or return:

1.       Buyer’s preference or change of mind.

2.       Product description not meeting expectations.

3.       Unusual product smell.

4.       Buyer’s error in ordering the wrong items or SKU.

5.       Incorrect shipping address provided.

6.       Previously negotiated product differences.

7.       Tracking information deleted by logistics companies or local post offices.

8.       Beecomart takes no responsibility for any product damaged or shipping delay caused by the act of god, including but not limited: epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, customs inspection.

9.       Due to limited international transportation, We will not accept any disputes when your orders are shipped to the following countries: Haiti, Kyrgyzstan, Madagascar, Mauritius, Bangladesh, Nepal, Nicaragua, Swaziland, Jamaica, Zambia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Egypt, Sudan, Libya, Algeria, Angola, Bahamas, Benin, Belize City, Burundi, Dominican Republic, Gambia, Grenada, Cuba, Palestine, Paraguay, Guatemala, Reunion, The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Guadeloupe, Martinique, and French Guiana.
